Casey has been selling real estate since 2015, and as our Construction Manager, he provides the ability to integrate both real estate and construction into one.  Whether it's selling your current home, helping you buy land for a new one, or simply answering questions, Casey would be more than happy to help you with any real estate needs.

With that being said, C&B Construction welcomes other real estate brokers, as well.  If you already have a preferred real estate broker to help you buy and sell, we don't want to step on any toes!  Casey's services are not required, but they are here if you need them.

We should make it clear that, while building a custom home, there is no real estate transaction between the customer and C&B Construction so a real estate broker is not necessary for any capacity other than the prior purchase of land or the sale of the customer's current property.
