We have been living and building in Morgan County for over 20 years, serving our county and the surrounding areas, as well.  We are a firm believer in using local subcontractors and purchasing as many materials through local lumber yards, too.

We classify ourselves as a custom home builder (you can learn about the different builders here) and therefore we operate our business believing in quality over quantity.  We, along with our customers, work side-by-side with our subcontractors and distributors to ensure that every step in the process goes off without a hitch.

C&B Construction's team consists of Chuck Bledsoe, and his son Casey.  Casey has been actively involved for 5 years now but he strives to learn new and innovative things every day.  He holds the title of Construction Manager, as he keeps primary communication open between C&B and our customers, as well as performing our preliminary design, and the interior finish of our projects.
